Racist cop gets protective custody

So this dirtbag cop who has been charged for framing an innocent African American man and later being caught on a wiretap repeatedly using the N-word is being place in protective custody. He even goes as far as saying he just "fried another n----," suggesting it wasn't the first time. My only question is, if he's such a tough guy why can't he go to general population like any other inmate? Maybe he's afraid he'll run into a few guys he falsely put there.*SMH*
