NYFD confiscates #OWS's power supply

So, in another cowardly attempt by Bloomberg to shut down #OWS firefighters confiscated 5 generators this morning claiming that they are fire hazards. Its getting comical at this point how Bloomberg just won't come out and actually try to shut #OWS down, instead he tries silly tricks like "we need to clean the park" and now this. I don't think its any surprise that they do this now as the winter is quickly approaching, I just hope the protested can stay strong. As for the NYFD and NYPD maybe they should look to NJ and see that they too might be next on the chopping block and find themselves in the say boat as the very people they are hurting.

Where the jobs GOP?

The GOP ran on a platform based on job creation and the usual "trickle down effect" nonsense but according to a recent report not only are they not creating any jobs but all of their spending cuts are destroying them. But who needs people like teachers, fireman, and police officers right?

Really Goldman Sachs, 5K?

Goldman Sachs recently backed out of a commitment to donate $5,000 to a NY credit union, which creates loans for low income families after finding out #OWS would be an honoree of the credit union. Maybe it's just me but if I wanted people to stop thinking of Wall St as a bunch of bloodsuckers I would've just let the $5,000 stay but I guess that's why I'm not making the big bucks.

Racist cop gets protective custody

So this dirtbag cop who has been charged for framing an innocent African American man and later being caught on a wiretap repeatedly using the N-word is being place in protective custody. He even goes as far as saying he just "fried another n----," suggesting it wasn't the first time. My only question is, if he's such a tough guy why can't he go to general population like any other inmate? Maybe he's afraid he'll run into a few guys he falsely put there.*SMH*

Side note: Another reason why I don't want a daugther

I don't have any kids yet but when the time comes I pray they are boys. So, imagine your 15 year old daughter vanishes and  next thing you know you're getting a Facebook message that she is 3 month pregnant living in Mexico and has recently wed her 23 year old boyfriend Chino. I just can't understand what goes through teenage girls' minds.
